And it goes without saying that the newly built house with private pool offers all essential amenities for a comfortable stay, thus making this property an ideal choice for families, couples and groups of friends.

The villa can accommodate 6 + 2 guests, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a fenced garden with outdoor patio and barbeque, private heated pool and private parking.

The main entrance of the villa leads to the open plan living room and to the kitchen where there is a second dining room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all essential kitchenware and appliances. The whole room is air-conditioned.

The three bedrooms are located on the right side of the house. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one with a private bathroom) and one bedroom with two single beds. The rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Two folding beds for the 7th and 8th guest can also be added, either in the bedrooms or in the living room.
